Strip all the collars on 27 holes and 3 practice greens. Remove, build up and add 5 inches of greens mix and re-sod. Construction of the new bunkers and new drainage on 27 holes. New tees and laser grading. New Construction of driving range, teaching facility expansion including new greens, new tee tops, new lake shoreline, new irrigation, cart path and turf mats.

Till and regrade fairways to improve drainage. Laser level tee tops and prep for sod, then sprig. 18 holes last season. Returning to do 9 more holes this season starting July 5th.

Construction of 20 new greens built to USGA standards. Strip and laser level the tees, build new forward tees and construction of rock walls.

Bunker Renovation 18 holes- Removal or existing sand, clean the drainage and replace where needed. Install bunker solution Ed and new sand.

Bunker renovation 36 holes- Removal of sand in existing bunker liners. Install new drainage bunker solutions liners, reshape faces, sand, and sod.

Bunker renovation – Remove existing sand, liners, install new drainage, capillary concrete and new sand. Driving range construction, build a new teaching facility, 2 new greens, new driving range tee, new irrigation, cart paths and drainage. Construction and renovation of existing rock walls, construction of five new rock walls. Removal of 30,000 sq ft of concrete and replacement. Expand Irrigation to cover areas with poor coverage.
